Each metal sheet has a max size of 4ft x 4ft, however we can combine metal sheets to make larger signs.
1/16" size is thinner than 1/8" size
Stainless Steel - is a stronger, durable material suitable for outdoor use.
Aluminum - is a lighter weight material suitable for indoors, not recommended for outdoor use due to weathering.
As metal increases in size, 1/16" thick metal will begin to get more flexible. To maintain sturdiness, we recommend using 1/8" thick metal.
